Carrie is the Principal Agent of 1st Choice Insurance Services, which she and her husband have proudly owned since 2012. With over 24 years of experience, Carrie has had the privilege of helping families, farms, and businesses throughout the community protect what matters most. She specializes in Commercial, Farm, Life, and Health insurance and continues to expand her knowledge through professional designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Accredited Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS). Carrie is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients and being a trusted resource in the community. When she’s not at the office, she loves downhill skiing and spending time with her family and friends.

Lisa began her insurance career in 1986 with Meyer Insurance, which later became part of 1st Choice Insurance Services. After taking some time away, she’s excited to be back on our team, helping clients protect what matters most. Lisa specializes in property, casualty, life, and health insurance and takes pride in providing friendly, personalized service to every client. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and family, whether it’s miniature golf, catching a movie, or simply making memories together.

Megan is proud to give back locally by serving on the Starke County Chamber of Commerce Board. Above all, she loves being a mom and cherishes time spent with her family.

When she’s not caring for her furry friends, you’ll find her relaxing with a good book in the sun or cruising the lake in classic vehicles.

Brittany became part of the 1st Choice team in November 2024 as a Customer Service Representative and is excited to be working toward her Property and Casualty license. She and her husband are proud to call North Judson home, where they are raising their three daughters. Brittany loves cheering on her girls in the sports they’re passionate about and enjoys spending time together as a family.

Levi joined our agency in the spring of 2025, bringing with him a strong background in both claims and marketing. Licensed as an insurance agent since 2023, he is dedicated to providing knowledgeable and attentive service to clients. Outside of work, Levi enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and their two rescue cats. He’s an avid hiker who loves exploring State Parks and also enjoys kayaking on the weekends.
